摘    要:应用API579局部减薄2级评定方法的原理,研究了含椭球面和球面凹坑圆柱壳剩余强度系数(RSF)的计算方法,建立了简便的计算公式;系统地计算了轴向含椭球面和球面凹坑圆柱壳的RSF值,并用表格按圆柱壳椭球面凹坑的两个参量a和g列出了能直接用于工程评定的RSF值。对GB/T19624中圆筒形容器的凹坑评定方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:Using level 2 assessment procedures of locally metal loss in API 579, the calculation methods of remaining strength factor (RSF) are studied for cylindrical shells with ellipsoidal and spherical pits, convenient calculation formulas are established. The RSF of cylindrical shells with axial ellipsoidal and spherical pits are calculated systematically, and the values of the RSF which can be directly used for en-gineering assessment are presented in charts in terms of the two parameters α and g. The assessment methods of pits on cylindrical vessels in GB/T 19624 are discussed.
