北京市山区水利富民集雨技术应用

为优化配置水资源,研究探索适宜北京山区的集雨蓄水技术,实现大气水、地下水、地表水3水联调,改善山区的生产生活条件,1 997年北京市政府制定并实施了山区水利富民工程.几年来,山区以水为主的生产条件得到很大改善,集雨技术的应用使山区百万农民实现了人均1亩抗旱灌溉果园和1亩抗旱灌溉粮田的目标,集雨技术应用取得了显著的经济和社会效益.

Application of rainfall collection technology in the project of water conservancy enriching farmer in Beijing mountainous areas

To optimize distributions of water resources, explore the suitable technologies of rainfall collection and water storage in Beijing mountainous areas, realize the rational allocation of precipitation, ground water and surface water, and improve producing and living conditions of farmers in mountainous areas, Beijing Municipal Government implemented the project of water conservancy enriching farmer in 1997. In recent years, production conditions based on water in mountainous areas have been improved greatly. In mountainous areas, millions of farmers have realized that one person has one mu drought-resistant orchard and one mu drought-resistant field, because of the technologies of rainfall collection are applied. Application of the technologies has made great economic and social benefits.
