高效液相色谱法分离分析工业原油中久效磷的研究

摘    要:采用反相HPLC技术对工业原油中久效磷的分离和定量方法做了探讨,采用非极性C_(18)作固定相,极性溶剂甲醇-水(28:72)作为流动相,建立了一个适宜于工厂质量控制的分析方法,久效磷的检测限为55ng,并且考察了流动相组成,流速,进样体积等对分离久效磷原油色谱分辨率、峰形的影响。本法用于产品分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A menthod to separate and analyze monocrotophos of industrial oil was developed by HPLC. The influences of the composition of mobile phase , the effluent velocity and the injeceion volume on the resolution were inuestigated, and the optimal conditions was achieved. The absolute detection limit of monocrotohpos was 55ng. The linear range of monocrotophos was 0.4-1000ug. Moreover,the GC method was taken as a comparison test for those species and the same results were obtained.
