三聚氯氰在催化有机合成中的应用

摘    要:综述了三聚氯氰(TCT)在有机合成中作为催化剂和促进剂的应用情况,重点介绍了TCT在有机化合物的功能基团转换、Beckmann重排、缩合和脱水等反应中的应用。研究表明,TCT在有机合成中可活化反应基团,改善反应条件,提高反应收率,所得产物容易分离纯化。

Abstract:The applications of 2,4,6-trichloro-l,3,5-triazine(TCT),used as catalyst or promoter,in organic synthesis were reviewed.The using of TCT in functional group transformation,Beckmann re- arrangement reaction,Aldol condensation,dehydrate reaction were mainly presented.The results of research showed that TCT could active functional groups,acquire mild reaction conditions,improve yield of product in common organic synthesis.The synthetic product could be isolated and purified easily with these methods.
