| 摘 要： | 和谐供应链是和谐社会的基础，和谐社会的发展离不开和谐供应链的构建，因此探索构建和谐供应链的方法已成为当前的热点和难点问题，为此本文从复杂系统理论的角度出发提出了和谐供应链构建的意义和作用及其对策性建议等，并结合当前的形势提出了具体的实施策略。
