回转钻进钻孔测量系统及其在寺河矿的应用

摘    要:目前,尚未在煤矿普通回转钻进工艺中见到利用钻孔测量系统对钻孔进行轨迹测量的相关报道。因现有技术无法对普通回转钻进瓦斯抽放钻孔的实际轨迹进行有效监测,导致瓦斯抽放钻孔施工不到预定位置,出现瓦斯抽放盲区,煤与瓦斯突出事故时有发生。基于以上问题,利用地球重力场和地磁场原理,首次研制了普通回转钻进钻孔测量系统,并利用该套系统对瓦斯抽放孔的施工及相邻钻孔的设计布置起到了很好的指导作用。

Abstract:At present,not yet in common rotary drilling technology in coal mine to see related reports on drilling trajectory measurement by borehole measurement system.Because the actual trajectory of existing technology can not for ordinary rotary drilling for gas drainage holes for effective monitoring of gas drainage boreholes,predetermined position construction does not lead to appear,gas drainage blind area,coal and gas outburst accident.Based on the above problem,using the earth gravity field and magnetic field principle,borehole measurement system was developed for the first time the common rotary drilling,design layout construction and adjacent boreholes and using the system of gas drainage hole plays a very good role in guiding.
