硫化工艺对EPDM微孔橡胶垫板动静刚度比的影响

摘    要:研究了硫化三要素及填胶量对EPDM微孔橡胶垫板动静刚度比的影响。结果表明,硫化温度、硫化时间以及硫化压力对橡胶垫板动静刚度比的影响是通过橡胶发泡倍率的变化来体现的,即发泡倍率越大,动静刚度比越小;密度相当时,孔径越小且孔壁越薄,孔数越多,动静刚度比越小。

Effect of vulcanization process on dynamic stiffening ratio of EPDM microcellular rubber plate

Abstract:Effects of three elements of vulcanization and feed amount on dynamic stiffening ratio of EPDM microcellular rubber plate was stUdied. The results showed that the effects of vulcanization temperature, vulcanization pressure and vulcanization time on dynamic stiffening ratio of EPDM mi- crocellular rubber plate were showed through change of rubber foaming rate, that was to say, the higher the rubber foaming rate, the lower the plate dynamic stiffening ratio. When the density was not changed, smaller cell size, thinner cell walls and more cells led to lower dynamic stiffening ratio.
