改进型锯齿波跳汰机在重晶石重选中的应用

摘    要:改进型锯齿波跳汰机对广西象州类比重小,颗粒大,入选品位高的重晶石具有良好的选别效果,研究结果表明,对于原矿品位为76.29%,入选粒度〈45mm的重晶石矿,经跳汰选别后,可得到品位为91.85%的精矿,回收率为92.32%。

Abstract:Xiangzhou barite ore in Guangxi Province has the characteristics of small specific gravity,large particle size and high grade.Good beneficiation effects could be obtained by using modified sawtooth ware jig to treat the barite ore.The test results indicated that after jigging beneficiation,a barite concentrate containing 91.85% BaSO 4 could be obtained from the raw ore containing containing 76.29% BaSO 4 with feed particle size <45mm at the overall BaSO 4 recovery 92.32%.
