摘    要:采用接触型红宝石探头沿X轴方向做匀速移动进行扫描测量,被测涡旋工件定位在精密旋转平台上,旋转平台的旋转速度和扫描探针移动速度按阿基米德螺旋线联动,通过探针的三维传感器输出和X轴位移传感器的输出能精密测出对应角度的涡旋半径,通过仿真对测量系统误差进行分析,且和三坐标测量机(CMMs)的测量结果进行对比。结果表明:原型精密测量系统的测量精度和CMMs相当,但测量时间大大缩短,基本上可以满足在线加工测量的需求。

Abstract:A contacted probe made in red diamond was used for measuring profile. The probe moves along X axis at a constant speed. The scroll work piece was fixed on the precise rotational stage. The relationship of stage rotational speed and x axis moving speed complies with Archimedean curve. A scroll radius for angle of correspondence can be measured by three coordinate output of probe and output of X axis displacement sensor.
