蒸汽发生器的腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:田湾核电站蒸汽发生器在冷态和热态调试结束后发生了穿晶型应力腐蚀裂纹及点蚀,其腐蚀原因可能为运输及安装期间保养措施不当.提出对蒸汽发生器进行干保养停运保护、由设计的KOH-N2H4碱性水冲洗方案调整为NH3-N2H4碱性水、降低水中溶解氧和Cl-的含量、提高溶液pH、对设备进行定期清洗、化水系统加装反渗透装置等方案,以保证蒸汽发生器的稳定运行.

Abstract:Stress corrosion cracking and pit corrosion of steam generators in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant is described, The cause of corrosion is preservation method which is not correct during transportation and installation, measurement and suggestions for safe operation of steam generator is proposed. Steam generators should be protected dryly during outage, It is necessary to adjust scour project by using KOH - N2H4 alkali liquor instead of NH3 - N2H4 alkali liquor, to reduce the content of deliquescent - oxygen and Cl^- in water, to increase the pH value of the liquor, to purge of equipment regularly and to install reverse infiltration equipment in chemistry water treatment system.
