| 摘 要： | 介绍了高强度、高耐蚀刃具钢420U6热轧板的开发。420U6是一种含氮型马氏体不锈钢，在SUS420J1的基础上增加（700-1200）×10^-6的氮，进一步提高了材料硬度和耐点蚀性能。经过合理的工艺设计和工艺优化，成功实现该产品在刃具行业的批量供应。

| Abstract: | The development of the high strength, high corrosion-resistting propery cutting tool steel 420U6 hot strip is introduced. 420U6 is a type of nitrogen bearing martensite stainless steel, it has increased （ 700-1 200 ） × 10^-6 nitrogen on the basis of SUS420J1, hence it has higher hardness and corrosion-resistting property. Through proper process design and optimization, the batch supply of this material on the cutlery trade was successfully achieved. |
