知识经济时代企业管理的"以人为本"

摘    要:知识经济的兴起引发了企业管理环境的巨大变化,由此对企业管理产生深刻的影响,在此背景下,企业管理向"以人为本"运演势之必然,管理的"以人为本"有其特定的基本内涵.面对知识经济,我国企业也应建构"以人为本"的管理理念及其逐步趋向"以人为本"的原则方法.

Abstract:Knowledge economy developing leads to huge changes on environment of business management, so it exercises profound influence over business management. In the context, business management must develop to taking people on center, which includes specified fundamental implications. Being confronted with knowledge economy, Chinese enterprises have to construct management ideas of taking people on center and tend to principles and methods of taking people on center little tle.
