| 摘 要： | 本文通过弯曲实验对复合材料夹层板的成形性进行了研究。研究表明,和单层金属板相比,夹层板的成形有其特殊规律,胶膜和润滑条件对其成形有较大影响,在弯曲过程中往往会发生反向弯曲,工艺条件的改进可消除这种反向弯曲。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the formability of composite laminates sheet metals was studied by bending experiments. The results indicate that the composite has its own particular forming law,the resin layer and lubricating condition will produce great effect on the composites forming. The opposite bending will occur in the process of bending,it will be dispelled when technology is improved. |
