摘    要:以马钢CSP流程生产电工钢特点为基础,模拟了典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的生产过程,研究了常化温度对典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的组织、织构和性能的影响。结果表明:经过热轧板常化处理的成品磁性能完全达到国标要求;在实验室研究的热轧板常化温度范围内(900~1 050℃),随着常化温度的升高,热轧板晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;成品晶粒平均尺寸呈先增大后减小的趋势;成品中织构强度变弱,特别是{111}、{112}和{114}等织构明显减弱;成品铁损P15值呈先降低后升高的趋势,磁感B50值单调递增,但增幅较为缓慢。
