燃煤高梯度磁选脱硫脱灰的试验研究

摘    要:利用SLON-100立环脉动高梯度磁选机,对原煤进行了湿法磁选脱硫、脱灰的试验研究。在热量产率为91.38%时,脱硫率和脱灰率分别达到40.80%、52.62%;在热量产率为74.88%时。脱硫率和脱灰率分别达到56.34%、62.97%,为燃煤磁选脱硫、脱灰的工业应用提供了有价值的试验数据。

Abstract:The paper had a test and research on wet magnetic separation of desulphurization and deash for raw coal with SLON-100 vertical ring pulse high grade magnetic separator. When the heat recovery rate at 91.38 %, the desulphurization rate and the deash rate could be reached 40. 80 % and 52.62 % individually. When the heat recovery rate at 74.88 %, the desulphurization rate and the deash rate could be reached 56.34 % and 62.97 % individually. Those would be the valuable test data for the industrial application of desulphurization and deash.
