This paper described the organization interface barriers of real estate project cost management, based on summarizing the OEC manage ment method and the interface management basic theory, proposed the management measures establishment of process type project organization, cost management performance assessment full personnel and project information management networking and other interfaces, in order to achieve all-round, whole process, full personnel integrated cost management.
