| 摘 要： | 从安置房建设论述了住宅工程质量分户检验的重要性,探讨了在施工过程中如何控制必检验内容质量,并对分户检验实施给安置房交付后期带来的效果进行了分析,结果表明:实施分户检验不仅提高了房屋的质量,而且节约了后期维修时间和成本。

| Abstract: | From the construction of the make-shift houses, the paper indicates the importance of the residential house-by-house inspection, ex plores the way of how to control the quality of the compulsory inspection parts in the construction process, analyzes the effect of the house-by house inspection after the payment of the make-shift houses, and proves by the result that the residential house-by-house inspection can improve the house quality and save maintenance cost and time in later period. |
