玉米纤维混纺织物的开发

摘    要:为了保证玉米纤维混纺织物的质量要求,对所生产的玉米纤维/棕棉/长绒棉 50/40/10 14.5 tex小提花织物和玉米纤维/棉/粘胶 50/30/20 14.5 tex小提花织物在络筒工序要保证捻接质量,整经工序要确保排列、张力、卷绕均匀,浆纱工序要提高耐磨、重伏贴、兼渗透、小张力、低伸长、慢烘干,织造工序要前移后梁,减少断头,可确保织机效率在82%以上.

Abstract:To guarantee quality demands of corn protein fiber blended fabric, processing of corn protein fiber/ brown cotton/long-staple cotton 50/40/10 14.5 tex mini-jacquard fabric and core protein fiber/cotton/viscose 50/30/20 14.5 tex mini-jacquard fabric should adopt guaranteeing twisting-in quality in winding process, guaranteeing evenness of arrangement, tension and winding in warping process, enhancing abrasion resistance, strengthening covering, combing penetration, smaller tension, lower elongation, slower drying in sizing process, moving back beam to front in weaving process. These measures can reduce broken ends, and loom efficiency can reach above 82%.
