| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国纺织行业纤维回潮率快速测试仪存在的各种缺陷,通过大量的实验取得了各种纤维的交流信号响应值U和回潮率W真值。用回归分析方法获得不同品种纤维回潮率值W与电测值U的回归方程,并以此为依据,利用单片机及其数据处理功能,设计以单片机为核心的通用智能型纤维回潮率快速测试仪,用以更新我国纺织企业的纤维水分测试技术,提高纺织产品的质量。

| Abstract: | Aimed at various kinds of shortages of testing technique and means of fiber moisture regaining rate in of textile industries of our country, have made exchange signal responding value U of different fibers and moisture regain W truth through a large number of experiments, by returning to the analytical method and obtaining different variety fiber moisture regain value W and return equation of electricity examining value U, and is based on this, utilize the one-chip computer and data processing function, design the intelligent fast tester of moisture regain of fiber in common use taking one-chip computer as the core, the fiber moisture used to upgrade the textile enterprise of our country tests technology, improve the quality of the textile products. |
