三电平空间矢量脉宽调制整流器的简化控制算法

摘    要:针对二极管箝位型三电平PWM整流器,根据其在同步旋转由坐标系中的数学模型,采用有功、无功电流解耦的双闭环控制策略,并提出一种简化的三电平空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)及中性点平衡控制算法,解决了传统三电平SVPWM算法计算量火,难以实现实时控制以及中性平衡控制复杂的问题。仿真结果表明,摹于简化控制算法的二极管筘位型三电平SVPWM整流器直流电压稳定、功率因数高、交流侧电流谐波含量低、能量双向流动,可广泛应用于高压、大功率整流场合。

Abstract:Aiming at diode-clamped three-level PWM rectifier, double closed-loop control strategy of decoupled active and reactive current was adopted according to its mathematical model in synchronous dq coordinate. A kind of simplified three-level space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and neutral-point balance control algorithm was put forward, successfully solving the problem of large computational load of traditional three-level SVPWM algorithm which was hard to realize real-time control and complex neutral-point balance control. Simulation results show that the diode-clamped three-level PWM rectifier with the simplified control algorithm has advantages of uninterruptible DC voltage, high power factor, low harmonics, dual energy flow, and can be used in high voltage and high power rectify applications.
