| Abstract: | The economy of scale of petroleum refineries and refining process units is the key factor for the improvement of economic benefits and enhancement of competitive power of the refiners. Whereas, economy of scale also has economic starting point and turning point. The capacities of refineries and process units is studied in respect of economy, which is helpful in correctly understanding the investment and benefit contribution and provides a good reference in planning, consulting and evaluation activities. |
