| 摘 要： | 锡铁山铅锌矿原矿含铅3．65％、锌4．56％、硫14．85％、金0．44g／t、银44．50g／t。近年来，锡铁山选矿厂现场开展提高伴生金银回收率的工业试验研究，通过在铅浮选作业中添加新型捕收剂酯-116和新型调整剂T16两种药剂，强化铅、金、银矿物及其连生体矿物的浮选，提高伴生金银回收率。工业试验结论表明：铅精矿含金的回收率提高了5．77％，铅精矿含银的回收率提高了1．51％。

| Abstract: | Xitieshan lead-zinc ore has lead 3.65%, zinc 4.56%, sulfur 14. 85%, gold 0. 44 g/ton and silver 44. 50 g/ton. In recent years, Xitieshan plant has carried out industrial test studies to improve recovery rate of its associated gold and silver. The flotation process of lead, gold, silver minerals and their locked particle can be strengthened, and also recovery of associated gold and silver can be improved by adding a new collector ester - 116 and a new modifier TI6 at lead flotation operation. The industrial test results indicate that the recovery of gold and silver in lead concen- trate can increase 5.77% and 1.51% ,respectively. |
