摘    要:针对贵州某中低品位硅钙质胶磷矿硅含量较多的特点,采用双反浮选的方法,达到降低硅含量的目的。最终获得了P2O5品位30.84%、回收率85.77%、MgO质量分数1.37%、SiO2质量分数10.26%的磷精矿,实现了胶磷矿与硅质脉石的有效分离。

Abstract:Double-reverse flotation process was introduced to achieve an object of reducing the content of silica in response to a feature of significant level of silica in moderate and low-assay silicon-calcium collophane with the resultant phosphate concentrate being P2O5 of 30.84 %,recovery 85.77 % MgO,MgO mass fraction 1.37 % and SiO2 mass fraction10.26 %,having realized an effective separation of collophane from siliceous gangues.
