油膜比厚对齿轮接触疲劳寿命的影响

摘    要:通过热弹流润滑数值计算和滚子疲劳实验 ,分析了油膜比厚对齿轮接触疲劳寿命的影响。文中指出增加油膜比厚是提高齿轮接触疲劳寿命的有效手段 ,但并非油膜比厚越大 ,疲劳寿命就越长。当油膜比厚超过某一临界值时 ,疲劳寿命随油膜比厚的增加反而降低。这与许多已有的研究结论以及国际齿轮强度计算标准中所提出的有关润滑理论是不一致的

Abstract:By means of thermal EHL numerical calculations and some fatigue tests with rollers, we analyzed the effect of the film ratio on the geared fatigue life, and proposed that for improving the geared fatigue life it is very useful to increase the value of the film ratio. It was not that, however, the higher the film ratio, the better, because the geared fatigue life decreased with the increase of the film ratio when the latter exceeded a certain critical value, which was not in agreement with the results by some previous researchers and the lubrication theories by International Standard on Geared Strength Computations.
