基于虚拟仪器的自动变速器测控系统研究

摘    要:鉴于目前国内自动变速器试验台自动化程度低、人机界面不友好及测试过程严重依赖测试者经验的状况。以虚拟仪器技术、控制技术和传感器技术为基础,辅以测功机、驱动电机、采集卡等硬件设备,研制了能够方便快捷地对自动变速器工作性能进行检测和分析的测控系统。试验表明该测控系统能较好地模拟车辆实际行驶条件,并能准确地对自动变速器的工作性能进行测试,因而,为自动变速器性能测试提供了一种新选择。

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of low automation level of domestic automatic transmission test-bed,unfriendly human-machine interface and heavy dependence on manipulator′s experience in the testing process,we developed a system which can test and analyze the working performance of automatic transmission quickly and conveniently,supplemented by dynamometer,drive motor,collecting cards and other hardware devices and based on virtual instrument technology,control technology and sensor technology.The testing indicates that the test & control system can simulate real driving conditions well and detect the working performance of the automatic transmission accurately,so it provides a new choice for performance testing of automatic transmission.
