摘    要:论述了用碳酸氢铵法综合利用磷肥厂副产氟硅酸的原理和工艺流程。用该工艺可制得多种氟化物,如氟化铵、氟化钠、氟化铝、冰晶石等;还可副产白炭黑和氯化铵。重点介绍了由氟硅酸制冰晶石的实验情况,列出了试验结果,并预测了工业化前景。

Abstract:The theory and process flow for comprehensive utilization of by-product fluosilicic acid from phosphate fertilizer plant with ammonium bicarbonate method are discussed. A variety of fluorides can be produced with this process, such as ammonium fluoride, sodium fluoride,aluminum fluoride,cryolite,etc. ,also with by-products carbon white and ammonium chloride. In particular,the article introduces the experiment to produce cryolite with fluosilicic acid,lists the experimental results and forecasts the prospect for industrial production.
