| Abstract: | The CNC machine's working table with vibrations is not only bad for its stability,but also has big effects to its processing precision.The paper analyzes the causes of this problem and the solving methods are put forward.Also,the paper offers some fault diagnosis methods by experience of the CNC machine's ordinary maintenance. |
