| 摘 要： | 针对座椅安全带固定点法规(GB14167-2006)试验时锁止装置失效的问题,运用有限元方法模拟了试验过程并重现了试验结果,通过仿真计算分析确定了座椅锁止装置失效的原因,采用提高锁止装置的局部强度和优化锁钩的方案,实现了仿真和试验结果均满足法规试验的要求,而有限元分析所运用的座椅系统建模基本原则和接触处理方法,可为其他的座椅仿真研究提供有益的借鉴。
