气胎离合器刚度影响因素的数值研究与验证

摘    要:运用复合材料力学相关理论与有限元技术对气胎离合器的核心部件--气胎进行建模与分析,讨论了气胎材料和结构复杂、气室压强和容积随动变化等问题,计算了不同初始充气压强和内外轮毂偏心距条件下的气胎径向静刚度,并分析了它们的影响程度,且利用能量守恒原理对模型进行了验证。结果表明,径向静刚度基本不随内外轮毂偏心距变化,而会随着初始充气压强的升高小幅增大。
