影响毛氨包芯纱性能的主要因素

摘    要:测试了在不同氨纶芯丝规格、含氨量、预牵伸倍数、纱线捻度、锭速等时,毛氨包芯纱的伸长率、强力CV值和磨损时间,分析了氨纶芯丝规格、含氨量、预牵伸倍数等对毛氨包芯纱性能的影响.实验结果表明,预牵伸倍数应根据氨纶丝规格不同而改变,旦数越大,氨纶丝预牵伸倍数越大;氨纶丝的含量直接影响包芯纱的性能,含氨量越大,纱线弹性越大;适当提高纱线捻度,可以改善纱线强力和包覆效果.通过生产实践,研究了提高毛氨包芯纱质量的具体措施,以便为开发新产品提供一定的参考依据.

Abstract:In this paper through many experiments we had analysed respectively the infuences on the wool/spandex core-spun yarns performances of the variouns core yarns characteristics,spandex contents,pre-draft times and operatig speeds etc.The results showed that the pre-draft times should be changed with the specifications of the spandex.The higher the filament counts are, the larger the pre-draft times shouled be.The spandex content can influence the yarn performances.The higher the spandex content is,the larger the elasticity is.Properly improring the yarns twist can increase the yarns strength and covering effects,reduce the colored spot.Combining with the production practices we also had brought the corresponding methods aiming at solving the difficulties effectively in the production and provided the references for the further developing of new products.
