基于叠梁试验的土工格室垫层刚度确定方法研究

摘    要:将土工格室垫层与梁板视为叠梁体系,引入叠梁计算理论,提出土工格室垫层刚度确定新方法。首先,基于平截面假定,并考虑叠梁层间摩擦力与荷载影响,分析叠梁中间层弹性模量与叠梁跨中挠度、1/4跨挠度及荷载的对应关系,由此建立土工格室垫层刚度的关系表达式。然后,通过自行设计的叠梁加载试验对该方法进行验证,计算值与测试值对比显示该计算方法误差小于5%。最后,对土工格室垫层叠梁体系进行多组对比试验,对其作用机理与刚度基本规律进行分析。试验结果表明:土工格室垫层刚度与土工格室规格、填料类别及填料密实度密切相关,工程中常用的碎石土工格室弹性模量取值范围在50~70MPa,土体土工格室弹性模量取值在40~65MPa之间。
