| 摘 要： | 双扩展示车为厢型半挂式拖车,主要包括五个部分:主车厢体、伸缩厢、液压系统、电控系统以及通风系统。主车厢体内载主、副两个伸缩厢,伸缩厢配有外接、车载两套液压驱动系统,由液压泵驱动的齿轮齿条机构和线性导轨组成的传动机构实现伸缩厢双侧连续稳定的展开。展开时厢体两侧由液压撑脚缸支撑,实现展示车的稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Bidirectional expansions show car is box-semitrailer-trailer, it mainly includes five parts： the main carriage body, retractable box, hydraulic system, electric control system and ventilation system. The main carriage body includes main and auxiliary two retractable box, the retractable box with two sets of external and in-car hydraulic drive system. A transmission mechanism, composed of the linear guide rail and rack-pinion structure which driven by hydraulic pump, can achieve a continuous and stable bilateral expand of Telescopic box. When box on both sides expanded, the hydraulic the foot cylinder support the stable operation of the show car. |
