摘    要:阐述了利用非均匀膜系理论设计宽角度减反射薄膜的方法,从理论上分析了在宽角度的情况下,偏振产生透过率不同的原因,模拟设计了光谱区在700nm~800nm波段、入射角为0°~80°之间的宽角度减反射薄膜,从优化结果来看是较为理想的膜系,进而探索出了一条新型膜系设计的途径。这一研究方法如能应用在太阳能、光纤通信、航天、激光等领域,将大大地提高光能的利用率,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:A method of designing antireflection coatings using the method of inhomogeneous coatings was presented. The reason of difference of transmittance is analysed with polarization and incidence of board angle. Antireflection coatings of 700nm~800nm and incidence angle from 0 degree to 80 degrees have been designed. A new way of design has been founded. It showed the result of optimization was perfect. This method can increase the ratio of utilization of optical energy, the application value will be high in the fields of sun energy、optical fiber communication、spaceflight 、laser and so on.
