| 摘 要： | 阐述了热镀锌的生产工艺,对带钢连续热镀锌工艺进行详细的介绍。钝化处理可以改善镀锌层表面的结构、成分及光泽,提高镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能及使用寿命,针对钝化处理进行了叙述。并对今后的研究提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | The production technology of hot dip zincing was expatiated.The strip steel series zincing tech- nology was introduced.The structure,component and shine of zinc coating surface can be improved by passivation treatment.And then the capability of corrosion resistance and the use life of it can be en- hanced.Passivation treatment technology was discussed,and some opinions for future research work were proposed. |
