潜油电泵变频技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对潜油电泵存在稳定性差、使用寿命短、能耗高等问题,提出把变频技术应用到潜油电泵井上.根据井下不同工况,对电泵控制系统的性能进行优化,实现机组在最佳工作点工作,得到延长机泵使用寿命,提高运行效率,节能降耗的效果.

Abstract:The paper describes the poor stability, short service life and the high-energy consumption in electrical submersible pump. A frequency converting technology is suggested to use in electrical submersible pump. The control system should be optimized depending up on the different down hole working condition to realize optimized pump assemble operation. In this way, the service life of pump assemble will be prolonged, operation efficiency increased and higher energy consumption reached.
