不对称环氧化反应最新研究进展

摘    要:合成光学活性环氧化合物一直以来都是有机化学面临的挑战之一,而不对称环氧化反应是合成光学活性的环氧化物的主要途径之一。近年来发展了许多有关烯烃不对称环氧化反应类型,文章对各类不对称环氧化反应及其研究进展进行综述,重点讨论聚合物负载金属络合物以及新型手性配体BINOL催化的不对称环氧化反应。

Abstract:Chiral epoxides are important intermediates in organic synthesis, which are mainly synthesized by asymmetric expoxidation reactions. Several strategies for asymmetric epoxidation of olefins were developed in recent years. Various reactions and the developments of asymmetric epoxidationsystems were reviewed. The wascatalytic asymmetric epoxidation was catalyzed emphaliceally by polymeric analogs immobilized on carriers and novel chiral ligand BINOL, as well as the merits and new developments.
