| Abstract: | A better waste disposal process, which garbage is collected, moved and processed separately,is presented by the author. Based on demand for the lasting development strategy and the aim at harmlessness, resource and reduction, analyses the success and failures both of home and of abroad. The practical plan important point is focused on ideals and mould of garbage disposal and requirements of urban planning. |
