| 摘 要： | 本文针对结构复杂的钛合金泵体铸件,进行了铸造工艺研究,采用机加工石墨型铸造工艺方法,通过分体铸造,组焊成型的工艺措施,成功制造出符合图纸尺寸及技术要求的复杂钛合金泵体铸件。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the casting process of titanium alloy pump body with complicated structure was studied.The titanium alloy part conforming to drawing and meeting technical requirement was produced successfully in machining graphite mould,with apart body casting and welding process. |
