| 摘 要： | 热连轧机中热卷箱的弯曲辊是卷取热钢卷的关键部件,弯曲辊的控制包括卷取速度控制及辊缝位置控制,位置控制又需要辊缝的位置同步控制和速度同步控制。介绍了热卷箱弯曲辊的速度控制和位置控制的方法,并在山东莱芜钢厂经过实际应用检验,取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | Hot coilbox bending rolls are important equipment for making coil in continuous hot strip mill.Bending rolls control include coiling speed control and rolls gap position control,position control need position and speed synchronization.The methods of hot coilbox bending rolls control are discussed,then test in Laiwu continuous hot strip mill and obtain is satisfied effectly. |
