摘    要:珠江电厂300MW机组仪用压缩空气系统在运行过程中,系统备用余量不足,空气压缩机(空压机)及其冷却水系统常发生故障,严重威胁发电机组的安全运行,经分析并采取了相应的完善改进措施,以及对空压机改型后,达到了预期效果,提高了仪用压缩空气系统运行的安全性、可靠性、经济性。

Abstract:In Operation process of the compressed air system used for instruments of 300 MW in Zhujiang Power Plant, troubles of the air compressor and water cooling system are frequently occurred due to insuffiecent back-up capability of the system, threatening seriouly safe operation of the generating units. Directing against the problems existing in the compressed air system, systematic analysis has been carried out, performaing improvement for perfection and retrofit of the air compressor. Practice shows that a series of retrofitting measures has enhanced the safety, reliability, and economic behavier of the compressed air system, obtaining the expected effectiveness.
