| 摘 要： | 在分析研究底部框架-抗震墙房屋抗震性能的基础上,针对结构的受力特点,结合抗震审查中存在的大量共性问题,探讨了抗震设计和审查中需要注意的若干问题,提出了概念设计的重要性,给出了结构抗震验算的简化计算方法,供相关人员参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and research of seismic behavior of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom,its bearing characteristic is introduced,then combined with the found problems in seismic design and blueprint checkup of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom,several problems of seismic design and blueprint checkup of brick masonry building with frame-wall at the bottom are discussed.The importance of concept design is put forward and the simple method of computation for seismic structure is given,Which could provide reference for designers. |
