SLS控制系统的设计及其实现

摘    要:采用动态聚焦扫描系统,提出零计算机控制方案。并在华中科技大学研制的HRPS-Ⅲ型SLS快速成型控制系统中得到实现,取得了良好效果。对提高SLS控制系统的有关性能和制件的精度、简化控制系统的结构和降低其成本均有重要的意义。

Abstract:Dynamic focusing scanning system is adopted, some new ideas, such as noncomputer control scheme, software design method based on software IC, directly slicing technology, etc., are put forward. These new ideas have been applied to HRPSIII SLS rapid prototyping system recently developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, which gains good application results. Some new ideas, technologies and methods presented are significant on improving the relative performances of SLS control system and the precision of the fabricating parts, predigesting the control system structure and reducing its cost.
