离子液体[Amim]Cl中3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛的水解反应研究

摘    要:研究了3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛在离子液体氯化烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑(Amim]Cl)中的水解反应,考察了反应温度、反应时间以及氢氧化钠、Amim]Cl和催化剂的用量等对水解反应的影响,确定了水解反应的优化条件为:反应温度100℃,反应时间2h,催化剂用量为6.4g/mol反应物,Amim]Cl用量为1.2L/mol反应物,氢氧化钠用量为2mol/mol反应物,水解反应产率83.6%,产品纯度达99.4%。离子液体Amim]Cl回收简单,可以重复使用10次。

Abstract:The hydrolysis of 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde in ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium Amim]Cl was studied.The effect of reaction conditions was investigated.When the reaction temperature is 100℃,the reaction time is 2 h,the quantity of catalyst is 6.4 g per mole reactant,the volume of Amim]Cl is 1.2 L per mole reactant and the amount of NaOH is 2 mol per mole reactant,the yield of the hydrolysis reaction can reach 83.6% and the purity of product can reach 99.4%.The ionic liquid Amim]Cl can be recycled facilely and reused.
