金/硫团簇非共价键相互作用的研究与意义

摘    要:运用高性能飞行时间二次离子质谱,首次观测和表征了气相金团簇与硫团簇非共价键相互作用产物-Au1-19]S1-5]型金/硫二元团簇负离子,这一发现从团簇化学的角度支护了最近提高的溶液化学中金/硫化学自组装过程中存在非共价键相互作用的观点。进而,第一次明确提出了关于自然界中金的成矿地球化学应着重考虑金与硫之间非共价键相互作用的新概念,从而为今后立足于现代化学概念深入研究探索金的成矿规律构筑了基础框架。

Abstract:A series of negative ions corresponding to gold mono clusters, sulfur mono clusters and gold sulfur binary clusters has been observed and characterized for the first time by a high performance secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF SIMS). By comparing other metal sulfur (Me S) binary clusters with strong predominance as compositions as types of MenSn and with covalent bonding between metal and sulfur atoms, the gold sulfur clusters have been determined to be noncovalent bonding clusters as chemical structures as . Therefore, the gold sulfur binary clusters are likely derived from relatively independent gold mono clusters and sulfur mono clusters by noncovalent interaction between the micro interface of the two kinds of mono clusters in gas phase. The result supports the mechanism on noncovalent interaction between gold and sulfur or sulfur containing molecules in chemical self assembly process in solution phase. Moreover, a new concept is originally proposed that in geochemistry the non covalent bond interaction between gold and sulfur most likely contributes to rich gold ore formation in nature, on the basis of this finding in gas phase cluster chemistry, gold sulfur self assembly behaviors in solution chemistry, as well as phenomenon of co existence of gold and sulfur or sulfides in geology or mineralogy.
