摘    要:从国家电网公司信息系统建设及运维实际需求出发,阐述了灾备系统对于保护数据安全的重要性;从灾备系统的建设和运维工作两方面,采用系统分析法分析灾备系统的3种典型策略的适用范围、灾备系统的6个等级及使用RPO/RTO值选择技术的方法;探讨了数据备份与数据灾备之间、灾备系统建设与运维之间的关联性;从人、流程、工具等3方面总结了灾备系统运维管理的关键因素并从管理目标、管理模式、体系规范、技术支撑4个方面阐述了解决构建与3个关键因素有机结合的运维体系的方法及意义.

Abstract:For the requirements of information system construction and maintenance in State Grid, the disaster recovery system is important to protect data safety. From system construction and maintenance perspectives, this paper analyzes applicability of three typical disaster recovery policies, six disaster recovery levels, and the RPO/ RTO value selection methods using system analysis methods. And then the correlation of data backup and data disaster recovery, and the correlation of construction and maintenance are studied respectively. Further, from people, process and tools perspectives, key factors for the disaster recovery system operation and maintenance are summarized, and from management goals, management modes, systems, technology supports perspectives, the methods to construct operation and maintenance system integrated with three key factors are described in detail.
