| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the main issues involving the operation and maintenance management of SAP ERP user and authority. Different types of users and authorities of the system are strictly managed and controlled by user groups, authority control, and corresponding management processes and audit functions. As a result it provides more convenience to the authorized users and at the same time guarantees the security of the important data and sensitive information. |
