为了实现现金流量预算精益化管理,福建省电力有限公司(以下简称福建电力)应用财务管控系统完善了月度现金流量预算编制、执行控制和分析考核的闭环机制,月度预算模块全面覆盖所辖分支机构,实现了现金流量预算信息化管理,进一步强化了月度预算对融资计划的支撑力,以及对资金支付的控制力,为预算管理赋予了新的内涵和工具手段,有效拓展了预算管理的深度和广度.

Application of the Cash Flow Budget Management and Control Platform

In order to realize the refinement management of cash flow budgets, tbis paper describes a closed-loop control method for the cash flow budget management based on the finance management and control system of Fujian electric power company, which includes monthly cash flow budgeting, implementation control, analysis and assessment. The monthly budget module with the proposed clnsed-loop control method envelops all branches, achieves informatization management of cash flow budgets, fnrther strengthens support to financing plans, and controls cash payments more effectively. Thus, the proposed method provides a new way for the budget management, and expands its width and depth.
