| 摘 要： | 从聚酯装置的流程、生产原料单耗的理论计算、投入产出的分析入手，通过对辅助工艺单元控制实际运行状况的考察和研究，探讨了精馏分离的有关问题，论述了聚酯生产中EG单耗高的原因，并提出了合理的处理办法。

| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the process,raw material specific consumption theoretical calculation and input-output of PET plant,through the investigation and research on the control practical operation situation of the auxiliary process unit,some problems about rectification separation were explored.The reasons for the high EG specific consumption in PET production were discussed.Reasonable handling methods were put forward. |
