摘    要:在室温条件下,固相反应合成了FAO/WHO建议使用的铜元素食品强化剂新品种——葡萄糖酸铜。用XRD物相分析和IR方法监测D-葡萄糖酸与醋酸铜、碱式碳酸铜中铜离子的配位反应,对其所发生的配位作用及配位方式进行了探讨。

Abstract:Cupric gluconate was synthesized by solid state reaction at room temperature. It is a new cupric food strengthening product and has been recommended by FAO/WHO. The reaction of uprie gluconate was monitored by XRD and IR. It was found that coordination reaction between cupric ion and ligand took place completely in D - gluconic acid - cupric acetate system, forming a monodentate product.
