摘    要:以ZL101铝合金为基础,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素,研制了改良铸造铝-硅合金,并研究了Na-Ba复合变质对该合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Na-Ba复合变质对改良铸造铝-硅合金是有效的,而且变质处理没有潜伏期,持续时间长,变质效果好。

Abstract:The modified aluminum silicon casting alloy has been prepared on base of ZL101 alloy by adding alloying elements of Cu,Ni,Mn,V,RE;and the Influence of Na-Ba compound modifier on structure and properties of modified aluminum silicon casting alloy has been studied.The result of investigation shows that the Na-Ba compound modifier is capable to improve aluminum silicon casting alloy,and there is not modification potential period,the modification action can have a long last so the excellent modification effect can be obtained.
